The charming landscaped front garden fringing the private driveway creates a lovely first impression as you enter the villa. The private pool will attract guests who want to spend time in the sun surrounded by terraces equipped with sun loungers and tables and chairs. The pool terrace is bordered by a lawn and BBQ area. The charming villa has a shaded front veranda which opens into a tastefully furnished lounge with a wood burning stove. The pool area is fenced and gated for child safety this allows the younger kids to play safely in the garden. The pool area has a well equipped toy box and fridge to keep drinks cool, there is also a toilet and shower in the pool house for your convenience.

There are 5 bedrooms in total 3 ensuite and 2 downstairs that share the main bathroom, hairdryers are provided in each ensuite bedroom.

Bedroom 5 Upstairs (3rd Floor): Double bed and single bed with ensuite and access to upstairs balcony.

Kitchen: 
The kitchen has a breakfast table and is modern fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and granite worktops. Fan oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, glasses and barbecue equipment. For the babies there is a blender, high chairs and cots are included.

There is a washing machine for guest use.

Living Rooms: 
The very large lounge has 2 large sofas. There is a large LCD TV with UK Sat channels, DVD player with collection of DVDs and books, WI-FI throughout. There is also an excellent wood burning stove for the cooler nights.
